Pricing for services vary significantly. Due to the technical nature of our professional services, Maine Mapping carries a minimum charge of $3,000 for most services, including boundary retracement surveys.

You may ask yourself, "Why does a survey cost so much?" Understand that Land Surveying is a professional practice, not a trade. When you injure an arm or have potential heart issues, you go see a specialist and you get a bill. It's paid without question. If you design a bridge, an engineer designs the bridge and it costs what it costs. Land Surveying is no different; our craft is very technical and we are experts in the field. Our service provides more value to you and your property than any fence, new garage, or other improvement you may be considering. It's also more affordable than litigation.
